Open to any rising 8th-12th grader in the Mt Lebanon school district. No experience necessary.

Camp will begin on the first day at the Three Rivers indoor training center. We'll cover essential safety practices, rowing terminology, and proper rowing technique to ensure a smooth transition to the water. Then, participants will take to the Ohio River at our boat house; The Montour Marina to experience rowing and practice new skills. A dedicated coach will be by your side in a launch (motorboat) throughout your sessions,providing guidance and feedback to help you refine your technique.

At the end of the program, students will be invited to join the Mt Lebanon Rowing Club as a novice rower. The Mt Lebanon Rowing Club is a competitive Mt Lebanon High School athletic team. Experienced rowers can earn a high school athletic letter.

• August 5-8, (August 10th will be a bad weather make up day)

Times: M-Th 5:30-7:30 PM, Sat 8:30-10:30 AM
